To my dog to emergency room called first told me it would cost $175.00 told them I only had $153.00 on me and would bring balance in morning. I was told I could not bring my dog in! Called back Spoke with supervisor told me to come in, nobody else there took 2 1/2 hours to see a doctor (7 doctors working that night) watch my dogs health go down hill. The final saw our dog got 2 estimates 1 $2,500-3,000 then the next $3,000-6,000 told he had pneumonia real bad, had seen doctor at same hospital the day before at 9:30 in the morning and was told he was fine. They killed or beloved dog who was also a service dog. Wanted to hold his body till bill was paid. Took 2 weeks to finally hear from the owner. Got the bill in the mail before I ever heard from them regarding what happened. They promised to follow up with me and never did. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Devastated from this and they could care less.unfortunately have no recourse can’t sue because dogs are positions, laws need to change and people need to be accountable!
