these morons billed my insurance for a workmans comp injury and a year later there still asking me to pay them from a collection agency cause they refuse to submit the bill to the workman comp office where they are waiting to pay them any amount of money they as and i called them and there recording asks me to hold for a representative and an hour later it says sorry were closed??? wtf how stupid are the people working in the billing department and this came from an emergency visit to JERSY SHORE MEDICAL where they were found guilty of countless violations of poor medical service!!!

PS: In regards to the review about barium sulfate..there's no way they would give that unless the prescription from the doctor indicates its use.
My mom was given the wrong materials and instructions for her procedure by the receptionist who makes the radiology appointment. She said she didn't need diagnosis/diagnostic code even though we tried to give it to her! She was told to drink 2 big bottles of Barium sulfate suspension before her test. This is extremely uncomfortable process. She arrived to her test and nurses said she didn't need to have drunk that.. Apparently the receptionist had read her diagnosis and her upcoming test incorrectly. We had even called to clarify what was being done. The office seemed very unorganized. The worst part is NO ONE Apologized for putting her through that very stressful and uncomfortable process.
This one is on par and Middletown Imaging doesn't take Aetna anymore.
I was in this facility yesterday for a MRI. The facility was clean. The people were awesome!! I'm very clostophobic an unable to complete the testing. They were patient and did not make me feel embarrassed about not being able to do the test
I did that drink for an abdominal CT, yucky but not a big deal.
Been there a few times. Never had to wait and going there again today.
This practice had exceptional customer service when I was there this morning. Place is very clean. You aren't waiting very long which is a big plus. Highly recommend.
