Their Middletown office is a joke! Called to make an appointment. Arrived before my appointment that someone never even scheduled it! Now sitting here for two hours and still have not even been brought into a room! Never use this office. They lack professionalism as well and absolutely no service!
I have never had a problem making an appointment and I have never waited more than 10 minutes. The staff was helpful. Dr. Sai spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I would highly recommend this office for internal medicine.
Horrible took me a week of calling to remind them to get my highly important prescription for my medical supplies. On top of that everytime i call i get either hung up on a couple times before i get someone or i get attitude from the reception, I'm not gonna say names because im too nice but if you're seeing this barnabas tighten up. This is peoples livelihood you're dealing with customer service should be through the roof and it shouldn't take a week for me to beg everyone to do their job.
