Terrible customer service. I called based off a referral from a friend, but I guess they didn't want my money. A technician came out to my house and told me it was going to be a big job and they'd call me back, but they never did. I even follow up with them with 4 calls to their secretary and she kept blowing me and telling me they'd call me soon. Nothing. For some reason I tried to give them another chance to do a basic job and the secretary tells me she call me back when she checks the schedule. No call..
