I visited this store today with my sob story about my online purchase that will not be in until 2-3weeks and needed a gift in the mean time. CARLA was so patient with my indecisiveness. She was amazing let me tell you. MIKE fixed my jewelry to my liking. My coupon was not working and MIKE contacting the company regarding the issue for me. The coupon issue was not my fault nor there's but they were happy to resolve the issue for me. When i say great customer service I mean GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are a rip off!!! Never again will I buy from them.. it took 2 months just for them to fix my ring but every time I called they said I would get it next week. They kept lying. Then I bought a ring that cost $5000.00, now there telling me I only paid 500.00 for it which tells me they ripped me off not to mention they lost all of my information in there computers bc they updated it, and they blew me off the last time I was there. Oh and they discontinued my credit card bc I didn't use it in 2 years. I dont buy jewelry that often and they should have let me know they were going to discontinue it. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE!!!
I have no words . As a Christian I can't say anything that's not nice. But I'm not happy with Zales.
Where do I start.....well let me say that I received exceptional customer service with both Carla, and Michael! Carla went above and beyond to assist...which is a greater value than the jewelry itself. Michael who was equally hands on deck to assist....I cannot thank them enough for their diligence and kindness. They have made my wedding and holiday the best end of year experience! Thank you so very much!!!!!
