I contracted Daniel to replace a roof and ceiling when I bought a house. The work was required to get a C/O. It was a difficult and stressful situation; the inspectors were capricious and unsympathetic to the fact that we needed a place to live. But, I can't speak highly enough about Daniel and the team who did the work. So first, the roof and ceiling look amazing; every detail is professionally finished and shows solid professional workmanship. (2) I don't have a lot of experience but I have been told by more than one person that the price for the work was a very good price, esp considering the price of the materials that were needed. I can say there were no surprises about the price because prior to beginning, Daniel was very clear about what needed to be done and provided a detailed written estimate. (3) while the work was being done, he consistently returned my calls and was never condescending. Also, he provided level-headed advice and talked me out of some actions that probably would have made getting the CO he even more difficult. (4) The teams that did the work were thorough and professional. It might go without saying but they always cleaned up afterwards. (In my experience, this is not always the case!)
